To be firm, Ms. Elena Kagan is unfit for the title of Supreme Court Justice of the United States. She has very little if any experience in law, and no judicial experience. Worst of all, she has sought to destroy the foundation of our society, that being marriage, the institution that holds our nation together, literally. Without marriage (the bond between One man and One woman) we have no unity.
Ms. Kagan also fought the "Don't ask, Don't tell" policy that our military has to disallow homosexuals from serving openly in the military. And to be honest, I don't like the law either, but not for the same reasons that she does...she wishes for homosexuals to serve openly in our military, which would do more harm than can be said on these pages, worst of all, it would feminize our military and cast a blot upon the institution - an institution that has been one of honor and nobility, men of character who stand for what is right, and not what is wrong/perverse.
Just as expected, Obama will destroy the institution of marriage and our military. He is destroying our country from within!
God help our nation, for He has sure blessed it!

'Marriage' in Calif. - a never-ending legal battle (OneNewsNow.com)
Attorneys are in San Francisco again to argue yet another lawsuit filed to overturn California's Proposition 8.
Prop. 8 is the constitutional amendment that a majority of California voters approved in November 2008 to overturn a State Supreme Court decision that legalized homosexual "marriage" in that state. Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) attorney Austin Nimocks tells OneNewsNow that proponents of same-gender marriage -- who are arguing that Prop. 8 violates the U.S Constitution -- evidently have a problem with a basic democratic process.

Naturally, indecency in the form of adultery is glorified through websites like AshleyMadison that promote it. Doing greater harm is the fact that it creates division in families, especially those family couples that do not possess a strong relationship in the Lord, who should be the center of every family, whether you disagree or not.
Some might think that if everyone kept their marriage vows pure and would do their duties that this kind of thing would not be made available or promoted to the public. Well, you see, that's why it's being promoted, because that is their intent and what they are hoping for by creating these types of websites, although not merely just for the fact that it will entice willing participants, but for the fact that they will make a profit from the proceeds of creating division within the family unit.
Some other "dating" or more aptly applied sex sites need to be investigated as well ... there are many sites on the Internet today that are looking to take advantage of the younger aged adults, by creating these sites so that younger age people can post sexually explicit images of themselves to the Internet, which encourages and promotes promiscuity, bi-sexual affairs, homosexual affairs. Some of these sites include "Fling," "Tagged," and a list of others. All of it centered around an effort to destroy our nation's and the world's backbone, the family unit.
To derail the family is to call upon a nation its destruction by the hand of the Almighty!

One-Half of A Solution For America
This is one, probably one of the bigger problems we face in America today, and it needs to be addressed.
The Apostle Paul describes for us how it is to be properly done:
1 Corinthians 6:12 - 7:16
"All things are lawful for me, "but not all things are helpful. "All things are lawful for me," but I will not be enslaved by anything. "Food is meant for the stomach and the stomach for food:--and God will destroy both one and the other. The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power. Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never! Or do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, "The two will become one flesh." But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him. Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. Now concerning the maters about which you wrote: "It is good for a man not to have sexual relations with a woman." But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband. And so we can see, through Paul's teachings, why America continues in decline, through an acceptance of a promiscuous culture...it is because of a disobedience of those commands set forth by Almighty God in His Word.

WASHINGTON, DC - The Obama administration filed court papers Monday claiming a federal marriage law discriminates against homosexuals, even as government lawyers continue to defend the law.
Justice Department lawyers are seeking to dismiss a suit brought by a same-sex California couple challenging the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act. The administration's response to the case has angered homosexual activists who see it as backtracking on campaign promises made by Barack Obama.
In the court papers, the administration urges the repeal of the law but says in the meantime, government lawyers will continue to defend it as a law on the books.

PepsiCo Supports Homosexual Agenda
AFA (The American Family Association) recently asked Pepsi to be neutral in the culture war, and not support the homosexual agenda. Pepsi has refused, and has said it will continue major financial support to homosexual organizations. In the past two years, Pepsi has given $500,000 to the homosexuals Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and $500,000 to the Parents and Friends of Lesbian and Gays (PFLAG). In total, the Pepsi Company gave $1,000,000 to help promote the homosexual agenda.
The $1,000,000 was used to help promote homosexuality in the workplace.
Pepsi forces all employees to attend sexual orientation and gender identity diversity training where they are taught to accept homosexuality.
These two groups - HRC and PFLAG were major supporters of efforts to defeat Proposition 8 in California, which defined marriage as being between a man and a woman. HRC, the homosexual group financially supported by Pepsi, gave $2.3 million to the purpose of defeating Prop 8.

Victory and Defeat
Well, my dear readers, I am heartily disappointed on one front, but am rejoicing on another. The disappointment first ... I am disappointed because America needed a leader with the courage, and the want-to, to do the right thing. Unfortunately, Americans chose to elect a man who is running on many promises he does not intend to keep - In other words, none of what Barack Obama has told the American people about himself is the "truth", and there is no truth in him. I had high hopes for John McCain and Sarah Palin as our new leaders, moving our country forward instilling new hope for the very damaged educational system that we now endure ... unfortunately, the degree to which our educational system has been damaged was proven on the dark day of Novemeber 4, 2008. It became more apparent after the MSM (liberal media) did all they could to prove their evil and hatred for Sarah Palin, and the American people believed every lie that the MSM told. Huge crowds filled Chicago, Illinois and Washington D.C., the Majority of those being young folks in their teens and twenties, which had no idea what they had just done.
As Jesus said to the crowd of angry Jews who had him crucified, I will say the same to those who voted for Barack Obama...
With our present situation, and a newly-elected Communist poised to take office in just 76 days, it is time for true Christians to prepare for the imminent and coming persecution, due to liberals taking control of both houses of Congress, with radical left-wing representatives very likely to overreach their powers. Not to mention the possibility of vacancies on the Supreme Court which would be filled by the extreme liberal "President"-elect, Barack Obama. Barack Obama has stated that he wishes there to be "less" abortions, that he "does not" support same-sex marriage. He has stated that "we must do everything to protect our best ally in the Middle East, Israel-I support Israel. So he 'says', "That he will "lower" taxes for the middle and working class," etc, etc, etc.
None of it "truth", my friends, not one word of it. Obama has plainly stated the first thing that he will do as President is sign the "freedom of choice act" which would strike down all existing restrictions on abortion, and would permanently erase all the progress made on behalf and in defense of innocent unborn children in their mothers wombs.
If Barack Obama were truly and "Christian", and truly cared for life, and wanted to see an end to the barbarity that is abortion, he would not be signing this new bill that is nothing but death's dark door waiting to make the next generation of innocent unborn children victims of this harrowing cancer that is devestating America, today...since it's conception into law on January 22, 1973. If you do the math, from that time in 1973 until now, 35 years later...yes, 35 years, soon to be 36 years of murder being proclaimed as the law of the land here in the United States, each year since that dark day in January of 1973 there have been slightly above 1 million children murdered for mere personal-convenience. Which, to date, would equal somewhere close to 50 million...rough figures bring it out at about 45,500,000...but I would wager it to be more than that, as there is no way to tell how many abortion clinics do illegal (un-reported) abortions, with un-qualified physicians, so I'm guessing somewhere in the range of 51 to 52.5 million innocent children since 1973. After Barack Obama is sworn in on January 20, 2009 the yearly count, which is somewhere at 1.2 million will increase by several hundred thousands if not doubling to more than 2 million per year. The same applies to the daily averages, the 4 thousand innocents being murdered on a daily basis as of the present will double to 8 thousand innocents per day when Obama is sworn in.
Can you imagine over 100 years of right and moral judgement being changed to suit the evil of society? Murder being proclaimed as a part of autonomy, as a "right"?
My, how we have changed. Our Founding Fathers would have never envisioned such blashemous ruling in their day and age. Even since that darkest of days in 1973 when Roe v. Wade (Murder) was signed into law, we are headed to far darker times still...
Other things we can expect are law pertaining to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost ... Democrats are already talking about the enacting and assigning a hate-crimes bill for those who speak out in defense of marriage, life, and mainly the message of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in winning lost souls for His kingdom. These things will become considered "hate-speech", and punishable by law, under Obama's administration.
So, now is the time to start preparing, and to stand up when these things start to happen.
Much of the reason for this, in why Obama is now our President, is because most self-professed Christians have not lived out what it truly means to be a disciple of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, in witnessing and getting the truth out about what is truth and right from God's Holy Word, which signifies a lack of faith in our nation today. Yes, that the Christian lost the battle generations ago on the public education level has a great deal to do with it, and that's why it's important that as Christians we should witness more, and help folks to understand on an individual level of what is truth...the secular crowd has worked successfully at placing a monopoly on truth in education for so long, and the Christians have sit back and done nothing. There is One truth, and what is truth? God's Word.
So, let us pray and ask for God's direction and most importantly for strength to win souls for His kingdom while we still can. God still works miracles, folks, I firmly believe that, but if we don't put our complete faith and trust in Him, humbly seeking His favor then we can't expect a blessing. Obama talks about "re-distributing" the wealth, "spreading the wealth around" ... Friends, Jesus never demanded and never advocated for the government to take control of "destribution", giving comes from the heart, friends, and if we want to give something to somebody, the best things we can give people in our life is asking them to accept Christ as their Lord and Savior ... Money fades away, but Salvation in Jesus Christ will last indefinitely...for Eternity!
True victory is not in man's ability ... True Victory is when Christ willingly shed His innocent blood for each of us on the Cross at Calvary!
One more note ...
Despite defeat to Obama last night, this nation triumphed in One front this morning...in three states, as a matter of fact...The states of Arizona, California, and the state of Florida won the battle for marriage between One man and One woman. I was especially pleased to hear that Proposition 8 has successfully passed. Proposition 8 was the second largest election in the United States yesterday besides the presidential election, with a massive $74 million dollars going to help defend our most sacred institution, that binds and makes family what it should be, the traditional bond of marriage.

Family is the backbone of society, and the only institution by which our Culture must consist in order for our Nation to remain a strong one. True marriage is one that embodies the definition as defined by God, who ordained marriage in the beginning. A pro-family activist says Democratic vice-presidential candidate Joe Biden's upcoming appearance at the national dinner for the largest homosexual civil rights group shows what is truly at stake in the presidential election.
On October 4, Senator Biden (D-Delaware) will be the featured speaker at the national dinner for the Human Rights Campaign in Washington, DC. According to an HRC press release, the senator said he was honored to take part in the event and vowed to stand with the homosexual-rights group to advance their cause.
As the article goes on to note, this really proves what is at stake in this election!
Family is the backbone of society, and the only institution by which our Culture must consist in order for our Nation to remain a strong one. True marriage is one that embodies the definition as defined by God, who ordained marriage in the beginning. Marriage as He defines it, is exactly the example He used in conveying that to us, as Christ is the Head of the Church, so then, we, the body of Believers are His bride ... The Church!
Any definition which seeks to overthrow or denounce what is meant in the Traditional sense, is but merely desire, and it should be opposed with ferver!
Please stand up for our sacred institution of marriage and vote McCain/Palin for Presidency of the United States!

Defending Marriage And Our Institutions
Some Good news in Pennsylvania.
I really hope that Pennsylvanians can come together and keep marriage together, as it is being attacked all across America. It is imperative that people who consider themselves as Christians will do their best to become active in the voting process, and work toward activating, or rather; motivating people, to make the Christian call to freedom as concerning of all Americans. One of the more essential roles we can partake in to contribute, and make a more significant impact on this nation-wide situation is by spending quality time with the children, setting rules and standards at an early age in their lives until they are old enough to set out on their own, teaching them about the rights and wrongs - boys should be taught to like girls, and likewise, girls should be taught to like boys, the way God made us and intended for us to be.
Remember, where we fail to teach our children, so it is that the State will gladly take your childrens' welfare into their own hands, in which case, one's child is likely to grow up confused, and will have no sense of right and wrong, for sadly; in the case of the Liberal, State controlled public school system, nothing is out of bounds, such as - Adultery is "ok," fornication is "ok," pornography is "ok," Sodomy is "ok;" experimenting with drugs is "ok;" and you get the picture ... "nothing" will harm you, and thus, we find our Nation in the situation it is in today, with STDs rampant and moral depravity at its highest levels in history.
One area that parents should take a serious look at, is taking steps toward better solutions to the problems that face the public school system, and at the legislative level as well. By a thorough examination of the arguments that are presented by ACLU lawyers we must make our case so that it will sever the ties of the ACLU to the State, and we have to look at this in a positive light to energize and motivate us to strive even harder to end the depravity that the ACLU defends. The ACLU's defense is their greatest weakness, and that's what we should capitalize on, but we must make it our single most concern and goal if we are to end the evil that is Liberalism. Write books, talk to people you come in contact with at the work place, speak out in sunday school and Wednesday evening Bible study...Anywhere that God can use you, you should be doing everything you can to get the message out and God will bless you for your diligent efforts to uplift and glorify Him--Remember - You can't out-give God, He always gives more in return for what we do for Him; As the verse says - 'Faith the size of a mustard seed can move a mountain.' In order for faith to work though, we must put it into action if we are to expect His blessing. You say, "Oh, I don't have to do a thing, just have faith"? Then you're not proving that you have faith...It's only when you believe that God will do great things, and you get the word out and put it into action, showing God that He has empowered you to defeat the ACLU and Satan's deceiving lies that you will make a difference.
Finally, I think the greatest time that we can make an influence of our Faith, making it known in vast numbers, by showing God that we are truly sincere as a Nation to serve Him and do His will, is at the voting booth. Voting for the people that hold our convictions on Biblical standards, on what God would have us to do. Then you would see great things happen and there would be nothing that the ACLU or anyone can do about it, because, as God's people, we have the power over the Satanic forces that seek to over-take America!

Marriage: Institution Ordained By God
Mark Noonan over at Blogs for Victory writes a good article concerning the issue.
How do we tackle the issue when we are ultimately confronted with the issue in consideration of God's Laws and man's laws? Now, we know this can't be, because God doesn't compromise on His Laws merely on the basis of His granting us with a choice in the beginning. What are the choices we have? 1. We can choose to obey God, and inheret His riches and blessings on the merit of a small amount of Faith ...Or, 2. We can choose to disobey, and reap the destruction that is certain to follow, and as an example of this, you can go to your bibles (if you have one?) and read in Genesis chapter 19 verses 12 through 29 about the destruction of Sodom & Gomorrah. He overthrew the entire city, it says He even destroyed the plain and every living thing that grew on the ground.
What is the definition of marriage? Now, Far Left-wing Democrats seem to have extreme difficulty grasping what the true definition of marriage is, they somehow, by some far-fetched foggy idea...think that marriage after some two and a half milleniums must be changed. So, just what is this new definition by the redefining of marriage that they're talking about? They think that since a man and woman have the right to marry, that those of the same-sex, two men (males), or two women (females), properly termed Sodomites should also be given the "right" to marry. The Left calls them "gays" and "Lesbians" which is their way of redefining and changing their terminology for those things which they think are "good" things, when in reality, they are an abomination before the Lord Almighty.
Is this the kind of change we want in America,folks?...to permit and redefine those things which are an abomination and displeasing to the God of All Creation, and go against everything that He has commanded us not too? We are His Creation folks. He placed us in this earth to borrow it for just a short time. We are not its master. He rules the world. So we are here to stand in awe of His marvelous works, and to be in full submission to the commands set forth in His Holy and Righteous Word. With that said, we may now open our hearts and minds to what the true definition and meaning of marriage is--Genesis 2:21-24 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and closed up the place with flesh. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called woman, for she was taken out of man." for this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.
That's the definition of marriage, even the dictionary's defintion of marriage is based on the definition that God commanded in the beginning, here it is: marriage: the institution whereby a man and a woman are joined in a special social and legal relationship for the purpose of making a home and raise a family.
Nothing hard to understand about that, is there? No, Just common, every day, good sense. So shoul marriage be redefined? No!
I want to go back now, though, and talk little bit more about why the Left thinks that marriage should be redefined to include same-sex couples, because you need to understand the mechanics behind the Left on the subject. The Left wants to redefine marriage to include Sodomites not just for the simple fact of being able to marry, but to be able to give them special privileges, or "rights" other than those defined in the definition of marriage--In other words, if it becomes legal for Sodomites to marry, then they can flaunt, as if they haven't enough already, that In your face attitude, anywhere they please, tv, stores, streets, and even some Churches would become overwhelmingly Sodomized. The trend is happening already--Our schools all across this nation are teaching YOUR children about Sodomized sex, they distributing explicit material of nudity and acts that no sane person would ever think about showing to their children. So, if you're a parent, then you need to keep a touch with activities your child is learning in his/her school of attendence.
And this, my friends, is where society's foundation is layed for future generations to come, the children who are raised to keep America the great Nation she is, and we are responsible in building that foundation, by teaching them the proper course in which to take America. Unless, of course, you're a Left-wing Democrat, who want to wipe out the foundation, teach them whatever they deem fit...have a Socialist dictatorship, and destroy this country.
Just remember this folks, not only is uncle Sam out their pointing his finger at you, telling you to Wake Up, but someone far greater than uncle Sam, and that's God Almighty above, but we know little ol' uncle Sam isn't in charge is he? God! God is patient yet never budging, and when He speaks, people need to listen.
So, you say, as so many do, "what does God have to do with marriage"? He designed it. It's His; and no earthly, man-made document can change what He has ordained in the beginning, which is between One Man and One Woman For Life. So, if a license is required by law to get married, then that marriage law is bound under God's Law. So there's no room for play; It can't be changed.
Then, you may say, "well, how does two-men or two women getting married affect my marriage"? It doesn't; but that's not the point. The point is; You're creating a disasterous chain effect/reaction when you advocate for same-sex marriages. You think, "How"? You are simply advocating homosexuality, and all the deadly diseases that are associated with it, most notably, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS), and the education of the perverted act in our school systems.
"What can I do"? You can start by calling/emailing/Or writing letters to all your local and State Representatives, and Senators, telling them that you want abstinence ONLY taught to your child. All other programs regarding sexuality are unacceptable. Homosexuality is strictly forbidden by God's Word. That's the first and most important thing you need to tell them. Secondly, you need to tell them that marriage is between ONE MAN and ONE WOMAN ONLY!
We are in a major moral crisis here in America, folks, and this is one of the greatest obstacles we need to overcome in our modernist society, which is becomeing ever-more secular and anti-God, if we don't take a stand to defeat the evil forces that are out to remove God from the public square and destroy this Nation.

The Issue Of Marriage
Did God intend for two men or two women to be married? Of course not!!!
Genesis 1:27-28--So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him, male and female He created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it."
Leviticus 18:22--Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.
These Laws were set into place long before this Nation was founded, and are part of the very Christian principles that this Nation was founded on.
This has changed in the recent past!
Should it have? No!
Friends, do you realize that you have Representatives, Your Officiated Leaders, who condone the filth of Sodomized marriage?
To Liberal Democrats, marriage is anything, if you wanted to marry your pet, or a even a tree, for crying out loud, it's supposed to be "ok".
This says a lot about the American people, and the moral decline of our Nation.
America is a great place to live, we have more freedom here than any country on this earth, but we cannot continue to allow Liberal Democrats to define our morality for us, because morality in the most true of the senses is that wich is in the Righteousness of Almighty God, as He has provided for us in His Word.
Liberals have no morality, because they define it as "anything goes" lifestyle. To a Liberal, there is no definition of morality, in other words, to a Liberal--"there is no act that would classify as immoral, no matter how demented and sinful the act may be.
Liberals like to use the word "choice" alot ... If we continue to advocate choice, then there will be no reasoning for rules of Law. Why? Because people have a choice, and thus, they are at their own disposal to do as they please, no matter how bad their choices affect the rest of humanity!!
Then that begs the question...
Do you want this kind of society where choice is the rule, and civilization is completely done away with, and the population goes completely nuts?
I guess it is up to you to decide, but ultimately, I think anyone with an ounce of dignity and honesty in them, would have to say, No!!
Remember this: A vote for a Democrat, is a vote against America, Christianity, Life, and Morality!!
