In a politically correct environment, it's a wonder that all our corporations aren't run by terrorists. However, that is the path that Obama wishes to lead America down. Through his communistic vision for America and through Islamic groups which he is working hand-in-hand with. This is what he meant whenever he talked about "fundamentally transforming America," or "CHANGE."

I could say that I didn't think America needed changing...well, that would be true, say 55 years ago.

America changed 47 years ago whenever they changed our public school system into an atheist-based system of education, and that was the worst thing that could have happened for America. Why? Because communism is a result of atheism! Did you know that? Yeah! That is how the ACLU, along with the American Atheist's Association planned to change America to an atheistic nation, and we are a comprised of mostly atheists in this nation...oh, many will say they are "Christians" but they live like atheists everyday - taking pride in money, their homes, their cars, just everyday materialistic things above or before God.

Glenn Beck had a good show on yesterday (May 18) where he talked about how the secular forces of our government are merging with, or working in conjunction with the church in many aspects to bring about a takeover of churches all across America with his guests Dr. Peter A. Lillback and Jerry Falwell's son. Dr. Lillback wrote the book 'Sacred Fire,' I haven't read it yet, but intend to purchase a copy.

This merging, however, of many churches with the secular society is a dangerous move...of course, this has been evident for many years now in the way that many churches don't preach truth, standing for abortion and homosexuality, taking from the rich and giving to the poor, etc.

Mr. Beck talked about this with his guests yesterday, and like Dr. Lillback said, "Where in the Constitution are the words social justice?...you can't find them, because they're not in the Constitution." And I would also add abortion to that - where in the Constitution can you find the word abortion...it's not in there. As a matter of fact, Roe v. Wade violates the fourteenth Amendment, and contained within its wording are these words - No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property.

With innocent persons the wording of the fourteenth amendment is unconditional, and no law whether created by the Supreme Court or our representatives can supersede it.

But just like people in the heading of this story who are permitted to have entry into our country who are terrorists, we also can see in the abortion issue, that political correctness mingled with Supreme Court decisions is a toxic and very dangerous mix.

Thankfully this person who was aiding our enemies has been caught and apprehended. Hopefully he will go to prison and stay there.

Obama Picks Another Extreme Left-Wing Democrat For the Supreme Court

To be firm, Ms. Elena Kagan is unfit for the title of Supreme Court Justice of the United States. She has very little if any experience in law, and no judicial experience. Worst of all, she has sought to destroy the foundation of our society, that being marriage, the institution that holds our nation together, literally. Without marriage (the bond between One man and One woman) we have no unity.

Ms. Kagan also fought the "Don't ask, Don't tell" policy that our military has to disallow homosexuals from serving openly in the military. And to be honest, I don't like the law either, but not for the same reasons that she does...she wishes for homosexuals to serve openly in our military, which would do more harm than can be said on these pages, worst of all, it would feminize our military and cast a blot upon the institution - an institution that has been one of honor and nobility, men of character who stand for what is right, and not what is wrong/perverse.

Just as expected, Obama will destroy the institution of marriage and our military. He is destroying our country from within!

'Marriage' in Calif. - a never-ending legal battle (OneNewsNow.com)

Attorneys are in San Francisco again to argue yet another lawsuit filed to overturn California's Proposition 8.

Prop. 8 is the constitutional amendment that a majority of California voters approved in November 2008 to overturn a State Supreme Court decision that legalized homosexual "marriage" in that state. Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) attorney Austin Nimocks tells OneNewsNow that proponents of same-gender marriage -- who are arguing that Prop. 8 violates the U.S Constitution -- evidently have a problem with a basic democratic process.

And that's really all that needs to be said, my friends. Proponents of homosexual marriage (a perversion of the true meaning of marriage), have no intent to allow others to voice their opinions. They will trample over the Constitution and deny others their First Amendment rights that forms our democratic election process.

However, we shall not be moved, we shall not let these perverts to subvert the Constitution and our whole way of life to suit their perverted desires. Period. End of debate.

Using The Law To Silence

A pro-life pastor in California is being silenced for his opposition to abortion, and publicly proclaiming his opposition outside of abortion mills. Although the video surveillance camera that was monitoring pastor Hoye's activity proved that he did not break the law, the judge decided in spite of the retrospect truth to charge pastor Hoye.

It is tyrannical and fascist what judges all across our nation are doing, and all just so they can make a buck and continue letting unborn children die at the hands of these cold-blooded abortion doctors.

God help America!

Victory and Defeat

Well, my dear readers, I am heartily disappointed on one front, but am rejoicing on another. The disappointment first ... I am disappointed because America needed a leader with the courage, and the want-to, to do the right thing. Unfortunately, Americans chose to elect a man who is running on many promises he does not intend to keep - In other words, none of what Barack Obama has told the American people about himself is the "truth", and there is no truth in him. I had high hopes for John McCain and Sarah Palin as our new leaders, moving our country forward instilling new hope for the very damaged educational system that we now endure ... unfortunately, the degree to which our educational system has been damaged was proven on the dark day of Novemeber 4, 2008. It became more apparent after the MSM (liberal media) did all they could to prove their evil and hatred for Sarah Palin, and the American people believed every lie that the MSM told. Huge crowds filled Chicago, Illinois and Washington D.C., the Majority of those being young folks in their teens and twenties, which had no idea what they had just done.

As Jesus said to the crowd of angry Jews who had him crucified, I will say the same to those who voted for Barack Obama...

Forgive them, Father, they know not what they do!

With our present situation, and a newly-elected Communist poised to take office in just 76 days, it is time for true Christians to prepare for the imminent and coming persecution, due to liberals taking control of both houses of Congress, with radical left-wing representatives very likely to overreach their powers. Not to mention the possibility of vacancies on the Supreme Court which would be filled by the extreme liberal "President"-elect, Barack Obama. Barack Obama has stated that he wishes there to be "less" abortions, that he "does not" support same-sex marriage. He has stated that "we must do everything to protect our best ally in the Middle East, Israel-I support Israel. So he 'says', "That he will "lower" taxes for the middle and working class," etc, etc, etc.

None of it "truth", my friends, not one word of it. Obama has plainly stated the first thing that he will do as President is sign the "freedom of choice act" which would strike down all existing restrictions on abortion, and would permanently erase all the progress made on behalf and in defense of innocent unborn children in their mothers wombs.

If Barack Obama were truly and "Christian", and truly cared for life, and wanted to see an end to the barbarity that is abortion, he would not be signing this new bill that is nothing but death's dark door waiting to make the next generation of innocent unborn children victims of this harrowing cancer that is devestating America, today...since it's conception into law on January 22, 1973. If you do the math, from that time in 1973 until now, 35 years later...yes, 35 years, soon to be 36 years of murder being proclaimed as the law of the land here in the United States, each year since that dark day in January of 1973 there have been slightly above 1 million children murdered for mere personal-convenience. Which, to date, would equal somewhere close to 50 million...rough figures bring it out at about 45,500,000...but I would wager it to be more than that, as there is no way to tell how many abortion clinics do illegal (un-reported) abortions, with un-qualified physicians, so I'm guessing somewhere in the range of 51 to 52.5 million innocent children since 1973. After Barack Obama is sworn in on January 20, 2009 the yearly count, which is somewhere at 1.2 million will increase by several hundred thousands if not doubling to more than 2 million per year. The same applies to the daily averages, the 4 thousand innocents being murdered on a daily basis as of the present will double to 8 thousand innocents per day when Obama is sworn in.

Can you imagine over 100 years of right and moral judgement being changed to suit the evil of society? Murder being proclaimed as a part of autonomy, as a "right"?

My, how we have changed. Our Founding Fathers would have never envisioned such blashemous ruling in their day and age. Even since that darkest of days in 1973 when Roe v. Wade (Murder) was signed into law, we are headed to far darker times still...

Other things we can expect are law pertaining to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost ... Democrats are already talking about the enacting and assigning a hate-crimes bill for those who speak out in defense of marriage, life, and mainly the message of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in winning lost souls for His kingdom. These things will become considered "hate-speech", and punishable by law, under Obama's administration.

So, now is the time to start preparing, and to stand up when these things start to happen.

Much of the reason for this, in why Obama is now our President, is because most self-professed Christians have not lived out what it truly means to be a disciple of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, in witnessing and getting the truth out about what is truth and right from God's Holy Word, which signifies a lack of faith in our nation today. Yes, that the Christian lost the battle generations ago on the public education level has a great deal to do with it, and that's why it's important that as Christians we should witness more, and help folks to understand on an individual level of what is truth...the secular crowd has worked successfully at placing a monopoly on truth in education for so long, and the Christians have sit back and done nothing. There is One truth, and what is truth? God's Word.

So, let us pray and ask for God's direction and most importantly for strength to win souls for His kingdom while we still can. God still works miracles, folks, I firmly believe that, but if we don't put our complete faith and trust in Him, humbly seeking His favor then we can't expect a blessing. Obama talks about "re-distributing" the wealth, "spreading the wealth around" ... Friends, Jesus never demanded and never advocated for the government to take control of "destribution", giving comes from the heart, friends, and if we want to give something to somebody, the best things we can give people in our life is asking them to accept Christ as their Lord and Savior ... Money fades away, but Salvation in Jesus Christ will last indefinitely...for Eternity!

True victory is not in man's ability ... True Victory is when Christ willingly shed His innocent blood for each of us on the Cross at Calvary!

One more note ...

Despite defeat to Obama last night, this nation triumphed in One front this morning...in three states, as a matter of fact...The states of Arizona, California, and the state of Florida won the battle for marriage between One man and One woman. I was especially pleased to hear that Proposition 8 has successfully passed. Proposition 8 was the second largest election in the United States yesterday besides the presidential election, with a massive $74 million dollars going to help defend our most sacred institution, that binds and makes family what it should be, the traditional bond of marriage.

Judges, What Kind Will Barack Obama Appoint?

Those Judges who favor his ideological views, much in similarity to those Judges who favored the overturning of the abortion laws in our country replacing/overturning them with Roe v. Wade, defining the Fourteenth Amendment in a broader sense to include such rights into the Fourteenth Amendment not otherwise mentioned within the Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence - In other words, Barack Obama will appoint "activist" Judges to the Court who will likely incorporate their own thinking instead of interpreting the Constitution, from an Original (intended) meaning, the way it was meant to be.

Beings that we are now aware that Barack Obama will appoint Judges who align with his ideological views, we are confronted with what exactly Mr. Obama's ideological views are. I'll do my best to explain - Mr. Obama has been termed the 'most liberal' Senator in the United States today, and I would have to agree. In my honest opinion, he has gone beyond all sane thinking to become a careless and foolhardy in no uncertain terms for the fact that he has earned the title, fool.

Mr. Obama had this to say about his view of Judges

When we get in a tussle, we appeal to the Founding Fathers and the Constitution's ratifiers to give direction. Some, like Justice Scalia, conclude that the original understanding must be followed and if we obey this rule, democracy is respected. Others, like Justice Breyers, insist that sometimes the original understanding can take you only so far--that on the truly big arguments, we have to take context, history, and the practical outcomes of a decision into account.

I have to side with Justice Breyer's view of the Constitution--that it is not a static but rather a living document and must be read in the context of an ever-changing world.

I see democracy as a conversation to be had. According to this conception, the genius of Madison's design is not that it provides a fixed blueprint for action. It provides us with a framework and rules, but all its machinery are designed to force us into a conversation.

I must emphatically disagree - I must have missed where the Founding Fathers insisted upon the outcome of any situation being the determining factor as to the laws, and "changing" those laws to meet a lawless defintion of such laws.

It seems as if Mr. Obama would undo 300 years of solid jurisprudence to satisfy his own desired outcome, in other words, Mr. Obama is not concerned about the history of America, he is interested in the history of Germany and their socia-terrorist ideological framework of their society. God help America if this is who America wishes to elect as their President.

Nevertheless, Obama chooses to side with Justice Breyer's view of the Constitution, which, under no circumstances pertains to the Constitution, or Bill of Rights, nor the Declaration of Indpendence, notice he makes the broad claim of, quote/ever-changing world/unquote ... This is the very ideology of Karl Marx, who believed in a transitional phase where the popular opinion is changed through education in order to overthrow our system of Capitalism and adopting socialism as their economic and social policy so to speak, and from there to the final and fatal blow, Communist dictatorship.

Whether this means anything to the casual political observer or not, is more than I can know for sure. I only know that it should mean something at this time if at any time at all, as we are about to undergo one of the most critical decisions one can make in contribution to their country, and that is, casting our vote for President of the United States - Under our current system, we have a choice, which is the provision of freedom that our Founding Fathers left us with in the Constitution they created for us. It may seem "pragmatic" of them to do so, but they did this for a reason, and I can tell you that their reasons weren't based merely on their own judgement or opinions, and this is mainly due to the fact that they seen that freedom can only come from one place, God's Word - Biblical Truth. God gives freedom to choose, and in His Word He has outlines the differences in His way and our own, you see, our own way is not God's way, because our own way is based upon feelings and feelings come from desires of the flesh, and desires of the flesh are what Satan capitalizes on to lead us away from the truth. In fact, thinkers such as Marx, Lenin, Stalin and other likeminded thinkers can be used as prime examples to show the fatal flaws in such thinking as desires of the flesh, as socialism and communism have their basis in desires of the flesh, which, at bottom, is atheism, and atheism meaning in the sense that self is elevated above a Higher Power, including the authorities that have been established. This self-proclaimed mentality then soon leads to a rise in power of one or more members of that society to impose their views of what is "right" and "wrong" onto society, yet, not having an understanding of foundational truths in the past, thus, the future becomes a bottomless pit of despair, with people left to wander as to where they are headed, and what purpose they might have, if any.

Now, in order to clarify the point, recent history has shown us how this mentality is being used by the Courts to undermine America's foundation - Education is number one - Socialist minded individuals, such as those noted above - their philosophies were adopted as education after the ACLU successfully removed Biblical teaching from education by a hand full of Judges - This, we typically call tyranny, where a small minority of people use their opinion to change the law of the land...after the law is changed, it is forgotten about, while at the same time, what the people do not see is the corrosion that is forming within the minds of children collectively ...not being a problem in the short term but over time it grows to a monstrous problem, and that problem we are posed with this very day.

We face this problem to a far greater extent should Barack Obama be elected on November 4 which is only 15 days from now.

The catalyst for this radical departure from wholesome ideas has and will come from Barack Obama's Supreme Court appointments, which, through the lens of a liberal means that the power respectfully reserved to the States is "non-existent".

Antonin Scalia had the following to say about our modern-day Supreme Court -

The Court must be living in another world. Day by day, case by case, it is busy designing a Constitution for a country I do not recognize.

- Antonin Scalia.

That pretty much sums up the importance of the Supreme Court and what is at stake in this election.

The Left's Ultimate Goal

A quick note before I go on, the document gives figures for women in as a few thousands, whom they see as "in danger" but what they fail to mention is the 1.2 million children that are murdered.

What would it do? It would trump and isolate Roe v. Wade from all outside attempts at making provision for the unborn child's life, and further striking down all present restrictions on abortion in various states that hold to a pro-life standard. In essence, it would make it nearly impossible to save any child from being murdered. Barack Obama has signified that this is one of; if not the first bill that he will sign in his administration as it is one of the first bills that the left will introduce to congress upon Mr. Obama's election ... which, with the House being controlled by Democrats and both House and Senate being controlled by liberals after Mr. Obama's entering office, it would pass most definitely. This, combined with the fact that Obama does not support saving the life of children who survive abortion (See link to the right of your screen: BornAliveTruth.Org), much less overlooking the fact that these babies suffer and later die as a result of the traumatic procedure, is all the proof we need that he is all for death and cares nothing for innocent people.

Folks, I am all for freedom to choose, but only before a child is conceived. After that point, the choice to end the life of the child is off the table, because life is more than just feelings, my friends. Through His love, Almighty God chose to give us life, now we must choose out of love as He did, to do the same.

So, I just hope that Pro-Life folks such as myself will commit themselves to exposing the intent of the left-wing over the next 36 days and warn people, that it is imperative that we vote for the candidates that defend and support life and will appoint Supreme Court Justices' who will decide forthrightly.

Stand Up!

Just recently, we've noticed an increased effort by homosexuals to pursue and/or force their lifestyles into law as special rights. Of course, this is basically anathema as it relates to the core of the issue. If one is accustomed to a broader view of the situation, morality seems to take a back seat with millions of Americans in our modern age and time. Yet, there are thousands of Christians who look upon it with confusion, as if they can't understand it, and seem to be otherwise de-sensitized to what is happening to America's system of law.

Before we go on, I'd like to share a little something about early Supreme Court judges, and the view that Thomas S. Grimke, I pioneer statesmen of early America, 1827 to be exact. He says-

It is emphatically a court of the whole people and of every State, of the Government of the Union and of the Government of every State. It is as independent of the President and Congress as of the Governor and Legislature of Sourth Carolina. Its members are selected from different States, and its bar gathers within its bounds the talents and learning, the courage, virtue, and patriotism, of the East and the West, of the NOrth and the South....No one, indeed, can possibly read the judgments of this tribunal-equally beneficent and illustrious-and not be deeply impressed with its wisdom and learning, its moral courage and justice, its high sense of duty, its love of peace and order, its indpendence, dignity, and patriotism. I know not any body of men who are entitled to more enlightened admiration, more sincere gratitude, more profound respect for their talents, learning, virtues, and services. Theirs is indeed a parental guardianship, full of moral dignity and beauty, sustained by the energy of wisdom and adorned by the simplicity of justice and truth.

And that last word, proclaimed by Grimke was ... truth.

Of this, there can be no doubt, truth adorned their every thought and action, as we will soon see in the honorable and wise Mr. Hooker, in this one quote...

Of law there can be no less acknowledged than that her seat is the bosom of God, her voice the harmony of the world. All things in heaven and earth do her homage; the very least feel her care, and the greatest are not exempt from her power. Both angels and men, and creatures of what condition soever, though each in a different sort and name, yet all with one uniform consent admire her as the mother of their peace and joy.

And those words, ...her seat is the bosom of God, are what should stick the most, as civil law sets the standard of what is right conduct and likewise wrong conduct for society, but, the law itself has to have something be based upon, or its foundation rather. What was it Grimke said about the judges he was giving a speech in tribute to? A few select words ... justice, moral dignity and lastly, and most importantly ... truth!! This is the foundation that our laws have, is in truth ... then we ask ourselves, what is truth? Truth is God's Word, as it came first, and is what every civil nation has based their system of law on.

Now, you may be wondering what is all has to do with sodomy ... well, if you're of the current generation, you're probably not accustomed to the earliest laws on sodomy, and the reason for this, is the past 15-20 years or so in education has been strictly controlled by the liberals whose ideology is of the mind that "Separation of Church and State" means "you aren't allowed to mention any parts of the Bible in school or any public place, when, to the contrary, that's not what "Separation of Church and State" was designed to do - "Separation of Church and State" was designed to keep the government from interfering with our Christian faith, by not telling us what we may or may not do. We may, as Christians pray in a public setting amongst colleagues, classmates, lead by the prayer, in an office of authority consisting of a city council we may pray if we so desire ... yet, in all these places, children and adults alike are being silenced because of our beliefs. If you notice, however, in the classroom setting, during a time of holdiay festivites teachers are permitted at halloween for example, to teach about witches, demons, goblins, devils and the like, at easter they may teach about the "easter bunny" instead of our Lord's triumph over the grave, at Christmas, they may teach about "Santa Claus" instead of the birth of our Lord. Among the older age classes, in the higher learning, high school for example, in science, teachers may teach Darwinian evolution instead of the account of Creation found in Genesis 1 of the Bible. So, for the most part, you can see how liberals along with their allies the ACLU have used their definition of "Separation of Church and State" to take control of our schools, using it as a tool for persecution.

The same applies to sodomy, only, in sodomy, it is taken to a more extreme level, as if their defintion of "Separation of Church and State" wasn't already extreme enough...

The first fact that must be acknowledged before all others are considered - Sodomy is wrong. That's the first thing that you must remember.

Why is it wrong?

The first reasons and laws against homosexuality can be found in God's Word

Genesis 1:27

'So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and famle he created them.'

So this means that God specifically made them male and female so they could be attracted to each other, as he made them compatible. This is also symbolizes God's plan of salvation, as Jesus is the head of the church and wants us to come and be united with Him in spirit being also fruitful and spreading the good news so other souls may be won.

This next verse deals with Sodom and Gomorrah, in which God destroyed as a result of men perverting God's nature-

Gensesis 19:4-8

'Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom-both young and old-surrounded the house. They called to Lot, "Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them." Lot went outside to meet them and shut the door behind him and said, "No, my friends. Don't do this wicked thing. Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with a man. Let me bring them out to you, and you can do what you like with them. But don't do anything to these men, for they have come under the protection of my roof.'

These next two verses in Leviticus, deal specifically with the law that God ordered concerning homosexuality-

Leviticus 18:22-

"'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.'

Leviticus 20:13-

"'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.'

These next verses in Judges deal with the horrible death of the concubine of which the homosexuals abused by rape unto death, which proves the wickedness of the homosexual mindset...

Judges 19:22-36

"While they were enoying themselves, some of the wicked men of the city surrounded the house. Pounding on the door, they shouted to the old man who owned the house, "Bring out the man who came to your house so we can have sex with him." The owner of the housewent outside and said to them, "No, my friends, don't be so vile. SInce this man is my guest, don't do this disgracesful thing. Look, here is my viergin daughter, and his concubine. I will bring them out to you now, and you can use them and do to them whatever you wish. But to this man, don't do such a disgraceful thing." But the men would not listen to him. So the man took his concubine and setn her outside to the, and they raped her and abused her throughout the night, and at dawn they let her go. At day-break the woman went back to the house where her master was stayig, fell down at the door and lay there until daylight."

Now, today, homosexuals through the reprobate state that they exist, deny God's condemnation of homosexuality, and even many heterosexual people will deny it, and so, they look past the Old Testament and say, "Let's go to the New Testament" clearly referring to Jesus life that never mentioned certain practices, but always condemned sin, which He, Himself, lived the perfect example of a sin-free life, and it was at death that he took on the sin of the world to death, and His death reperesents what sin does to the Spirit, only He proved it with actualy sacrificing His life on our behalf, so that we would have an escape from the punishment that is hell as the end result of sin. The second thing that His death on the Cross represents is that we must die out to sin (meaning: Get sin out of our life), and ask Jesus for forgiveness, putting on a new self (new life), in that we want to serve Satan no longer.

Now, the Apostle Paul, a Servant of Jesus Christ can testify to these things, as to what rebellion against God's Holy Spirit does because of the sinful desire that homosexuality. So, let us examine what the New Testament says through the Apostle Paul in the book of Romans.

Romans 1:24-32-

'Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator-who is forever praised. Amen. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. IN the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion. Futhermore, since they did not think it worthwile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not be done. They have bcome filled with evrer kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only contnue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.'

So, you see, that passage in Romans is describing our day and age perfectly. So many who proclaim to be "Christians" have sit back in Church every Sunday and do not care what is happening to our society, and how our laws are being changed to be more benefiting those committing the perversions that seek to destroy us. Book stores that sell filthy pornographic magazines are a contributor of the problem we are having in society, as the verse where it says "even the women have abandoned natural relations with men" can testify to this, are boldly proclaiming this day and age to be lesbians.

The key here is, the law is only as powerful as those who allow it, as the law rests in the hands of those whom you elect to office. As Christians, if we will put our minds to it, we can stop a lot of the filth that is being peddled. But to go on a bit further before I close...

These next verses in the little book of Judge help to explain to us what the final punishment for the sin of homosexuality is...

Jude verses 7-8

'In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding townds gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They servre as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire. In the very same way, these dreasmers pollute their own bodies, reject authority and slander celestial beings.'

And 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

'Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.'

And that is what many were, but praise be to God, they have now changed are washed from the sin that kept them from entering the door to peace and assurance.

So, after all that, we need to ask the homosexual this one thing ... What moral backing do they have to commit the sinful act of sodomy?

And the truth is, they have no moral reasoning whatsoever to support their lifestyle ... in other words, they don't have a leg to stand on. For the Bible specifically prohibits the practice. There are no reasons, biologically, physically, psychologcally, or otherwise ... homosexuality is an abomination (the key word: abomination) in the eyes of Almighty God. Therefore, it must be avoided.

Now, I know there are many of you that are good Christian folks, and are concerned about the issue as many other Christians are, including myself. Many ministers of churches are being persecuted for so-called "hate-crimes" laws in areas all around the country for not participating in the union of same-sex couples, and the ultimate goal is to silence Christians, and thereby, forcefully manipulate the judicial system in their favor, favoring the wickedness that is sodomy. So, the sodomites have the "hate-crimes" backwards. It is the sodomites themselves who are committing the hate-crime! Make no mistake about it! And whenever those of us proclaiming to be heterosexuals do not stand up for what we believe is right, we are also condemned in the same manner as the homosexuals, because we permit the homosexual to legislate their depravity onto the majority of society, a massive hate-crime. Added to this, is the fact that we are not only permitting them to legislate their depravity, but we are also standing for, or approving of the indoctrination of school children and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.

My fear is that it will only get worse before it gets better. So, stand up and fight for what is right, and vote for judges and representatives that will also represent your views as American Christians, but most importantly on what the truth is, and what is the truth, again? The Word of the Living God.

You have that chance, in approximately 67 days from now, when we have the chance to vote for Sen. John McCain and Sarah Palin!

What a magnificent speech, and the two needs of this country that he mentioned and was what I was hoping for...the need for Supreme Court justices who interpret the Constitution not define it, so we can stop the ACLU lawyers from legislating their perversion of the law from the bench.

The other one was putting the childrens future back into the hands of parents all across America, so that they can homeschool their children if they so desire; and this is probably one of, if not the biggest challenges of our time besides the Supreme Court being in jeopardy. Many schools are teaching the perversion of human nature that is homosexuality, putting many children at high risk of diseases, and accepting behavior that would influence some sickos out there to commit criminal actions, such as pedophilia and rape.

No greater challenge we face, friends, than to stop these hypocritical minded judges who legislate their depravity at a seat of authority given to them in good trust by the people of this great country and then turn tyrannical in their rulings favoring depravity. It cannot be left to happen.

We must return some dignity and honor to these places of authority!

John McCain and Sarah Palin will help to do just that.

California Voters Unhappy

According to recent poll data, 56 percent of California voters aren't happy with the Supreme Court's decision to legalize same-sex marriage. This, of course, is entirely understandable, as sodomite marriage is not a God-given right, but in effect, an attempt at turning the truth, of a gift from God, into a lie. People all across America should take note of this, especially those states who've already done what the California Supreme Court has done, such as Massachusett's and New York, and reverse their State's anti-moral ruling.

Use this as a time to reflect on what is at stake in the near future, and use your freedom to vote and make your voices heard while you still can to stand up for Biblically based values for the glorification to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Liberal Idiocy

If you think Liberals "aren't" idiots, then you may want to check again - A recent signature decision by Colorado governor Bill Ritter is a good example - Mr. Ritter signed into law bill that will allow men to enter womens' restrooms, bringing with it a host of problems...for one, this will make way for sexual predators and those living in the perversion known as homosexuality to force their sick lifestyles on those of us who disdain their depraved worldview.

This, coming almost at the same time as California's Supreme Court decision to permit homosexual marriage unions and the polygamy decision by a Judge in Texas.

As those of you who read my forums frequently, you are aware that I've been touching upon this sort of thing for a while now, about how Liberals and our Liberal Supreme Court system are destroying America, by disregarding the Constitution and ignoring the Will of The People

If you are a concerned citizen, then you need to take a stand, and now!

Evidently, something has went tragically wrong...

It seems as if people have lost their will...to defend...their will....Or, maybe the people of society at large are "comfortable" with the Supreme Court making their decisions for them? ... Maybe the people are like the Supreme Court and don't care about the Constitution and its Founding intent? Maybe they want to invent "new" standards of morality, and thus, permit the Supreme Court to legislate immorality without any consent, or thought, or care as to the outcome?

There remains much to be answered in that respect, for sure.

There is one thing we can be absolutely sure of though, and that is, those who stand for all that is right and moral in America, have allowed the Supreme Court to get away with their destructive legislation, and we are paying the price as we speak...and will pay the price for generations to come, by sitting by, and watching as America goes down the gutter, as the State of California has already.

So, what do we say then? "I don't care what happens to America, just so long as I have my monthly pay check on time?"

Or ... Say...

'NO! This is not a "Judgeocracy" We want America back!!! We're not going to allow no stinkin' Judges to force their depraved views on America any longer!!! We want America back!!!'

Interpreting The Fourteenth Amendment

In the wake of yesterday's California Supreme Court decision to defy the good will of the people of California and permit same-sex marriage, I thought it would be an appropriate time to take a look at the implications of just such a decision and how the Court is flawed in their decision.

Just about every single instance in which same-sex marriage is brought up the Courts seem to always trot out the Fourteenth amendment as "justification" for same-sex marriage.

What the Fourteenth amendment says...

Amendment XIV Section 1: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or inforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immuniities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Take note of that last part there..."nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within it jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Now, how do we interpret such as Clause? Well, Life, Liberty and property are all our basic rights as are stated within the confines of the Declaration of Independence as they are our God-given rights, and something that must be remembered when we say God-given - We are responsible, and held accountable to God for our rights...not to the government or any earthly individual. This is what the Fourteenth amendment says in relation to when the Framers and Ratifiers of the Constitution created it, and what they intended for it to mean. Thus, no one can deny us those rights that Almighty God is the sole Provider thereof.

Ok, onward we shall go...There are many laws, but, what, in general terms does law actually mean?

Law \'lo\n 1 a: a rule of conduct or action laid down and enforced by the supreme governing authority (as the legislature) of a community or established by custom b: the whole collection of such rules by enforcing rules c: the control brought about by enforcing rules 2 : a or principles stating something that laways works in the same way under the same conditions 4 cap : the first part of the Jewish scriptures - compare HAGIOGRAPHA, PROPHETS 5 : trial in a court to determine what is just and right according to the laws 6 : the department of knowledge that deals with laws and their interpretation and application 7a : the profession of a lawyer b : lawyers as a group.

Definitions #s 1&5 are what I want to capitalize on, both of significant importance to the subject at hand. Before I begin, it's critical to remember here, that, when we speak of law in the above stated terms...these are all definitions created by, and stated under man's conditions.

As was stated in definition #5 - law is determined by what is 'just' and 'right' or 'good' and 'bad' behavior and actions, and thus, in most instances, the laws are created (in most cases) to fit and protect what is good, likewise, resisting what is bad or evil, and ruling that conduct of persons within any said jurisdiction should do the very best they can to conform to what said law states, or suffer the consequences of disobeying said law.

So, where does yesterday's California Supreme Court decision stand in the face of 'Right' and 'Wrong'? The Supreme Court of California acted in false pretension to what the will of the people of California's intentions were. The people of California never intended for same-sex unions to be permissible under the law of California...the same as the majority of the American people don't want same-sex unions in this country. Why? Because homosexuality is 'wrong' and it goes against the Law of the Land, which is bound by and rest upon the Will of, and Law of Almighty God.

In the crux of it ... the Supreme Court Justices of California were never given any authority what-so-ever to enact, or put into effect such a law to allow same-sex unions, they just flat out made it up, and as some well know, the Founders never intended for the intent of the Constituion which they; themselves had framed and ratified under the auspice and authority of Almighty God and the good will of the people of the United States to be changed to support the disemmination of evil througout our God-given, God-blessed land and country, America!

The Fourteenth amendment gives no allusion to the allowance, nor "protection" of same-sex marriage, None!

Exposing the Truth: The Issue of Pornography Part II

In part one of Exposing the Truth: The Issue of Pornography we touched upon the anti-moral faction pertaining to it, and indeed, too, the horrors that are a part of the industry of pornography. What we haven’t discussed, however, is how pornography became covered under the law to legally sanction its protection.

Let me first begin by saying…If the American people wanted the media covered under the First Amendment recognizing it as “freedom of the press” then all they would have to do is make a Constitutional amendment adding it as one of their basic “rights” … But why doesn't the Declaration of Independence, and Bill of Rights have it included within their bounds? They don't. It is not ‘Self-evident,’ that the media is identical to “the press” (newspapers, magazines, book publications). The intent, then, of the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, and Declaration of Independence was based by the Founders and ratifiers not on their “own” thinking and decision making, but backed by and absolute reliance on a higher authority. Why? If they used their own ideas and opinions concerning morality during the making of the Constitution, then they would have erred on the side of ignorance as to the origin and purpose of their existence and too, the goal to be reached. Hypothetically speaking, it can be translated this way and easier for us to understand…We don’t go to school to make up our own rules, and teach ourselves what we need to learn. For what could we gain by thinking that we can instruct ourselves when we don’t already know what needs to be learned? Nothing…So then, it can be said, is the reason we need a ‘Teacher’, someone who has the knowledge, and can share that knowledge with us. So it was, with our Founding Fathers who penned our “Rights,” and the laws of the land into effect. They were confident that no earthly human-being had any authority what-so-ever to grant us our rights, thus, they relied on the Beginning of Knowledge - That Being that is All-Knowing, and who gives us our rights. Where can they (our rights) be found? The Holy Bible – God’s Word. So the intent of the Founders flowed from God’s intent.

So, if a decision is made, then, that is contrary to the Constitution, which is based upon the morals of the Holy Bible, and that is not listed in the Constitution as one of our God-given rights, where is its derivation? From a human being that has put him or hers self in a position of power, where they do not belong and have no authority, above the Law of God.

Pertaining to the issue of pornography, our Supreme Court Justices have done just that, they have put themselves in a position to defy the Will of God. Over time, the Supreme Court made rulings in which there was never any indication given, or reason for that matter to change the Constitution…but, in spite, they just HAD to go extra-constitutional and added “freedom of expression” and the “right to privacy.” This gave Sodomites and any individual which so chose to flaunt themselves in public graphically the “right” to do so. This was never the intent of the First amendment and Bill of Rights.

I can express to you how I feel in words, but does that give me the “right” to say it before a large audience? Apparently, to the Courts it “does”! And we wonder why there are so many obscenities and epithets thrown out on television and the radio. The fact is… it is not a wonder. Anyone in their right mind, and who has some morals about them, can see that the Courts have hijacked our elected Democratic process, and forced their sick, depraved opinions on the majority of the American people! The Courts know what they are doing is wrong, they know, but they are just too ignorant to realize it, and to see the damage that their decisions have cost America. The real problem being, however…is, they just don’t care how extreme and ignorant they really are! They have hijacked the law to mean wrong is “right”, and evil is “good.”

The really sad reality, the children will be affected the worst. The bright young minds of the future who will be taken advantage of by the State to do with them as they please, teaching them things not normal to human-nature, things not intended by God, and they will then go into the world confused and given unto a reprobate mind deceiving and being deceived. We can see the effects of the Courts decisions everywhere already in our land…STDs at an alarming rate among school girls, children as young as 11-14. Abortion, taking the lives of over 50,000,000 unborn children at the present and those numbers keep climbing rapidly, on an hourly, to minute by minute basis.

It is a gross under-statement to call the deeds and actions of our Supreme Courts decisions as 'immoral', no, they are criminal actions…so criminal that our Founding Fathers would have probably sanctioned their deaths on the grounds of treason.

When will America wake up and take their rights back, and restore the Constitution to its original meaning they way our Founders intended for it to be under the protection of the Divine Justice over all?

Well, I don’t know the answer to that, but you out there who are American certainly do…but one thing I do know…and that is, America will suffer under a Liberal Democrat administration, and is something we need to think about over the next few months, something that will need to be avoided at all costs. By avoiding a Liberal Democrat administration, we can go to work on ending the depravity that is so prevalent within our borders.

Good News In Washington State

A 9th Circuit Judge has ruled to allow a monument of the Ten Commandments to remain on display in a northwest Washington city. The case involved Card v. City of Everett.

While this was a good turn of events, it was still unnecessary to have to go through all the trouble with something that is pretty simple to begin with, but nevertheless, the ACLU, AUFSOCAS (Americans United for Seperation of Church and State), and AA (American Atheists association), are coming forth with an onslaught of attacks against Christianity to silence Christians (Their main goal).

It's clear to anyone with an open mind that their objective is to lie about our Nation's founding and re-write history to suit their evil agenda of hate.

Thank the Lord the good Judge in Washington State made the wise decision and ruled to keep our heritage strong; that which gives us the freedom to choose our own pathways and not by dictatorial rule as Atheists would have it.

Supreme Court Rules In Favor Of Death To Innocents

Once again, the Supreme Court proves that to them, when it comes to life they prefer death over life, and will execute the little ones who, unlike their mothers, are innocent beyond all doubts. Strange, isn't it?

These are supposedly "intelligent" people, who've gone on to get degrees in law. Can we call them "intelligent" when they use the law as "justification" to kill innocent unborn human beings? No. Our laws are meant for the protection and saving of human life. Did these justices ever stop to think for just a second that, letting a mother have her child could help to give her a sense of responsibility and help to get her on the road to a brighter tomorrow, a more hopeful future?

No one has any right to murder innocent children. If anything, these prisons who hold female inmates need to make nurseries as part of their buildings, and turn the lives of these young women around, toward God Almighty.

Put life first, and you put God first!

CA home school mom says, 'We will have to move'

The sad reality...

"We will not give up home schooling our child," she states. "If it means moving from out of state, however we have to do that, we will do it because that is what we feel that God has called us to do."

It's really hard to imagine what our times have come to; a little over a hundred years ago and our children would be sitting in classroom in which the teachers set aside time for the children to learn about the Bible. Schools in colonial America, at the time, were controlled by Christians, because the State had not been formed yet. This being the case; the textbooks that were in use are as follows -

The New England Primer in 1690.

After the American Revolution, Noah Webster created a textbook in which he called the Blue Book Speller.

McGuffey Reader in 1836.

Even after this, by 1900, other text books that were in use, all had Bible quotes in them to teach morality to the children. As we will find, this all changed shortly after the out-set of the 20th century...

At the start of the 20th Century, many if not all schools started their day with the Pledge of Allegiance and a reading from the Bible.
The first fracture in the moral teachings of the public school system occurred in 1925, when the newly formed ACLU paid a teacher in Tennessee to teach evolution.
At that time; all schools throughout America taught Biblical Creation, and it was against the Tennessee state law to teach evolution. However, Within a short 4 decades, the laws were reversed, Creation was outlawed, and Evolution was made madatory. The ACLU started using the Courts then to change school policy. In 1948, the Supreme Court used the "Seperation of Church and State" argument, or lie rather, to ban school prayer, in 1962 the Supreme Court once again declared that prayer in school was unconsitutional, which was about the time Madeline Murray O'Hair took her case before the Supreme Court. Shortly after, in Kentucky, in 1980 (Stone vs. Graham), the Supreme Court declared that posting the Ten Commandments in school classrooms "violated" the Constitution.

The harmful effects created by the ACLU and Supreme Court ruling was such that, our children are demanded to conform to the Left-wing ideology of the ACLU where Liberal courts prevail all across the country, such as in California where they've recently made the ruling to force children into the public school system of Left-wing brainwashing - such an agenda includes - Sexual education, where children are taugt about sex at an early age, leading them into fornication. The homosexual agenda, very radical, demon possessed, hate-filled groups who seek to silence people of faith, and teach children a deviant lifestyle, wherein, shows the responsibilities of the parent that were neglected at home. All these factors are factual examples of the some of the things that are contributing to low SAT scores, because if you think about it, when children are exposed to a curriculum that will otherwise take their attention from, or neglecting the needed things to get them through everyday life, like reading, writing, and math, and teaching them morals to make civil citizens, then they're being robbed of their future. They were better off before they entered the public school system, which is considered to be evil nowadays in my opinion....But in reality, it's not the public school buildings that are the harm, they're just buildings meant for teaching children, it's the people who do the teaching that is the problem, and the problem at its roots is those who make the decisions for our public schools, which is the ACLU...The ACLU is a curse on American soil. Oh how I wish we could be rid of the ACLU!!! It is my earnest prayer now, that we can somehow, some way, defeat the ACLU for the good of our Nation, and especially for our childrens sake.

The ACLU ruined everything that made America great at one time in history, in going against everything that the Founders intended for the New America, and...

Just to give one an idea of how the Founding Fathers regarded Christianity and the important role Christianity played in government and our civil institutions, here are some of the quotes from our Founding Fathers...

(Ed note: Please note, when one of the Founder's said "religion" they always referred to Christians and Christianity).

John Adam's once said - We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion . . . Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

James Madison - "We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of all our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government; upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments ."

Benjamin Rush, Signer of the Declaration of Independence said. "[T]he only foundation for a useful education in a republic is to be aid in religion. Without this there can be no virtue, and without virtue there can be no liberty, and liberty is the object and life of all republican governments. Without religion, I believe that learning does real mischief to the morals and principles of mankind."

Noah Webster, author of the first American Speller and the first Dictionary said, "[T]he Christian religion, in its purity, is the basis, or rather the source of all genuine freedom in government. . . . and I am persuaded that no civil government of a republican form can exist and be durable in which the principles of that religion have not a controlling influence."
Gouverneur Morris, Penman and Signer of the Constitution. "[F]or avoiding the extremes of despotism or anarchy . . . the only ground of hope must be on the morals of the people. I believe that religion is the only solid base of morals and that morals are the only possible support of free governments. [T]herefore education should teach the precepts of religion and the duties of man towards God."

Fisher Ames author of the final wording for the First Amendment wrote, "[Why] should not the Bible regain the place it once held as a school book? Its morals are pure, its examples captivating and noble. The reverence for the Sacred Book that is thus early impressed lasts long; and probably if not impressed in infancy, never takes firm hold of the mind."

John Jay, Original Chief-Justice of the U. S. Supreme Court , "The Bible is the best of all books, for it is the word of God and teaches us the way to be happy in this world and in the next. Continue therefore to read it and to regulate your life by its precepts."

George Washington, General of the Revolutionary Army, president of the Constitutional Convention, First President of the United States of America, Father of our nation, " Religion and morality are the essential pillars of civil society."

Benjamin Franklin, Signer of the Declaration of Independence "[O]nly a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."

"Whereas true religion and good morals are the only solid foundations of public liberty and happiness . . . it is hereby earnestly recommended to the several States to take the most effectual measures for the encouragement thereof." Continental Congress, 1778

Those are just a tiny sampling of the thousands and thousands of documents by our Founding Fathers, and their teaching the importance of the Christian Truth and morality for a civil body government and citizenry, quite simply, for the survival of the Nation.

Very different from today, the Courts in this country have barred God and anything to do with Chrisianity from our public schools and filled them with the evil of Atheism. When we do this, then America is on the road to disaster, and we are getting closer by the day to that moment.

God help us as a Nation! Pray for America!
