2007 Deadliest Year Since 1989 for Police Officers

You can read the full story here.

These crimes are mostly by legally born Americans, but children with no upbringing, usually because of divorce, and no interest or care for the children....and, thus, children who become entrapped to their so called "friends" within the community related to law-breaking gangs.

This is more reason why we need a much more strict code of justice, for those who want to commit crimes against humanity. Otherwise the crime rate will just continue to rise beyond the point that any means of civility will be impossible. In effect, turning our country into a full blown civil war.

There's that side of it, but on the other side, of equal importance, is a much larger factor, or threat, if you will...

Now, much to the jargon of the Left, about Islam being the "religion of peace" and everything, we see quite the opposite picture with last week's chain of events at the passing of Benazir Bhutto. This, combined with a rising number of Moslems, and terrorist threats against the United States by them, does not spell good news.

How we take steps to address these issues will decide how the country as a whole can move forward, by making America safe once again. The first step, I believe, is in the immigration issue, we must reduce immigration from Nations such as Iran, Syria, and the surrounding territories. And to that effect, we reduce the likeliehood of terrorists getting into the U.S., and thus, thwart future terrorist attacks. That's the first step.

Secondly, we have to deal with those that are already in the country--thus, we must tighten down on the activities of those who practice the Islamic religion; by making ourselves more aware of what plans and events that are being carried out in the Moslem gathering centers. Although, we do have the wiretapping programs in place, it can't cover what the ears can't hear, and the eyes can't see. So, there must be some intelligence in place that can monitor the activities of these areas. If cameras are necessary, then so be it. The benefits will far outweigh the risks in this case.

What we do beyond this, regarding the situation of our Native citizenry who commit crimes against humanity, will have to be taken into consideration after a review of the current laws on the books. Now, I know I can't make that decision, for I'm not well versed on procedure, but it seems to me, that far too much time is spent in the Court room, on present cases, and less time on bringing justice to our streets. The reason I say this, is because I have to go by what the great Judges and Kings of Old had to say about the issue, in which case, they were guidance came from the Supreme Judge...For example, In the book of Ecclesiasties 8:11-by King Solomon-

When the sentence for a crime is not quickly carried out, the hearts of the people are filled with schemes to do wrong. Although a wicked man commits a hundred crimes and still lives a long time, I know that it will go better with God-fearing men, who are reverent before God.

So, with the present crime wave, we can only presume one thing, and that, to be precise, our justice system is delivering, purposfully, partiality, on behalf of their own wants and desires; and not for the benefit of the people and their neighborhoods.

How can this be? How could our elected officials be hoodwinked by their own appointees like this?

It all boils down to this one fact - Activist Liberalism. Yes, Liberalism, in its pleasing, deceiving message, has blinded the people eyes to the reality around them. They say? If I can swindle the government every month, "who cares"?

See?

If there was ever a disaster to befall this country, it was whenever welfare and other entitlement programs were enacted enslaving the people to our own government and not putting them to work to help themselves. Just simply put, it is Socialism. Thus, we have created more dead-beat parents, which leads to the fact of increased rates of crime, and furthermore, increased promiscuity and abortions.

Don't you see, folks, governmental dependency is adding to our problems, not fixing them.

This is the way it should be, in the order as follows...

1. Eliminate welfare and other entitlements = increase in working families = more responsibility = better raised children = less crime.

In that order.

Have at it...

seems like an appeal for religious persecution to me. Ain't avoiding that the reason the US were founded?

    Anonymous,

Nah, we just need to keep an eyes on those who cannot predict what they will do next. Islam is not really a "religion", so to speak, but more so, an Ideology, made up of lies, the Quran teaches them to murder ... when God does not want us to murder, He tells us specifically in the bible that we are not to murder.
So, really, what Islam is is fake religion, or lies so to speak.

    ~ Jeremiah

  5. No more so than christianty or any other religion.
But still, I get your point. You are not calling for religious persecution, just for religious discrimination (ie, different treatments according to religion). Not a whole lot better, but at least you're not burning people at the stake yet.

As for the violence of christianty, let us remember the crusades, etc, etc.

Islam is just as much a religion as christianty, just as violent (in the sense that there are, in both religions, interpretations that can be and have been used to promote religious violence).

And as for islam being made up of lies, you have no objective roof that your religion is not made up of lies. Just as you cannot prove this is not the result of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

    rAmen

  6. Who is the flying spaghetti monster?

Can he heal people-like, take cancer away before-hand so that surgery and chemo-therapy is not needed?

Can he meand broken bones, so that a cast is not needed?

Can he raise people from the dead? For example - a person that has a heart-attack, dies, and is brought back to life.

Can he create fire, rain, snow, and wind?

If there's one thing you need, Anonymous, it is to know that there is a God who cares for you, and He came as a person, just like you, He was born in one of the lowliest places, He could have been born in the finest of mansions, if He so chose ... but He didn't, because He wanted to prove, to you, that life is not about the material. Futhermore, He died for you, a horrible, horrible death, and again, He chose to, not for Himself. He didn't do it for personal gain, but for you.

You see, we aren't like the animals, who are creative for themselves, we've been given a gift, because we were made in the image of God, with a will to perceive, and ponder the divine nature of our being. No other creature can do that.

Do you ever wonder why you constantly worry about what you will wear tomorrow? Trying to fit in with the norm of society, or your work place...that's part of your consciencousness of your being different from the rest of the world...animals don't fret, they are fitted with a fur coat, and never change, and they're always content! I have a cat that is black and white, with the prettiest black and white coat, and that cat is as happy as could be. Ever wonder about that? Mankind spends too much time worrying about how they will fit in, and not how they can please other people through the heart, through appreciation, and kindness.

The difference, we have to rely on God consciencously...the animals can't and don't have to.

Without Him, we are as nothing, that's because of sin in the beginning. When man decided he wanted to rely on himself, and not on God--and so, He gave them what they wanted. The result, mankind must work and labor for his survival. Why did He do it? So that mankind would turn back to Him, and appreciate him for the gift that He has given us.

    God bless,

  7. gee, another religious rant, non answer to the religious discrimination argument.

You won't convince me, jeremiah, until you find material evidence that your religion is truer than all the others.

  8. Anonymous,

You're a prime exemplar of what I'm talking about. You say, "gee, another religious rant", and you see, that's exactly what is wrong with the world today - you're trying to fit in with the world's thinking. You show that you're not willing to step outside the box that you have enslaved yourself to.

Much the same for the Islamists, who think, if they carry out their god's justice, through the evil desires of their heart, by murdering, that they will exempt themselves from the firey eternity that so awaits them. See, they think that everyone else, except them, is evil and that they aren't worthy of life, and furthermore, heaven, only them.

To the contrary, he who lives by the sword, shall die by the sword?... now, that can be translated in two different ways, but they both qualify, for example--In the Spiritual sense, the Word of God is as a double-edged sword, and cuts both ways...and if we use it for such, that means that we have used His Word to do wrong, by discouraging them, not realizing that we are pushing them away, instead of encouraging and uplifting them, leading them to the Cross. That's probably the proper way to translate it. But then again, if you think about it, if one lives by the sword physically, with an actual sword to, actually murder people, thinking that we're doing God's will, then we will perish rightly to that effect--What if someone says, "Let us do evil, that good may result?" Their condemnation is deserved. Isn't that how the Islamist's think? Let us do evil that good may result"...eh?

Jesus Christ brought us a different message--Revelation 21:6--

To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life.

Take what Jesus said there and ponder that for just a second, if you are thirsty, and you go get a bottle of water--do you open it and drink, or do you just sit there with it in you hand depriving yourself of that life-sustaining water?

It's not until you open that bottle of water and drink that your thirst is quenched, and you feel much better. Right?

So, if you're not feeling the best, and life is giving you a rough time, there's One that you can go to and quench your yearning for happiness and peace in your life.

No one else can do this, only Jesus Christ.

Ok, now, let's make this simple--Since Jesus wants to see good things happen to people, as opposed to bad things--Don't you want to see good things happen to others, and try to prevent bad things from happening?

If not...then what's wrong with trying to prevent bad things from happening to others?

  10. Islam is not really a "religion", so to speak, but more so, an Ideology, made up of lies...

First, Islam, in the eyes of the world, is considered a religion.
Second, do you even care that you have insulted the many people who practice Islam, right? What right do you have to claim that Islam is not a religion?

  11. do you even care that you have insulted the many people who practice Islam, right?

    Jonathan,

If that's the case, then what do we say about the Islamists whenever they call all Christians "infidels", and believe that all Christians deserve to die?

Do you even care that you insult Christianity when you defend the evil that Islamists perpetrate?

To insinuate that I am some how "insulting" the name of the Islamists because they are a false and dangerous sect, is beyond and absurdity. So I object to your claiming that I am insulting them. I believe they have a chance to turn from their wicked ways. Because Christ loved them first.

Let's just put it this way, you'll never know until you've experienced the change that comes with knowing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

  13. just as I will never know the changes that pot or lsd induce in me until I try - so what? Does it makes the visions from lsd true?

  14. Anonymous,

No! Why waste your life on pot and LSD just to get a temporary good feeling? Only to turn around, and wake up day after day feeling miserable and all the while destroying your body, God's Temple.

When in Jesus Christ you can have everlasting peace and comfort...Just a little talk with Jesus by and by, and in the end, when age has took its toll on the body, it'll all be worth it...Don't waste your life my friend. Jesus, he'll help you, he'll clear away all the fog around you, and from your mind, and you can feel and see clearly the brightness of His Joy and Peace in your life.

As you may notice, this is a war between Truth and falsehood, not on geographical lines, but with hearts and minds...I hope you'll come and join the winning side...before it's too late...

  15. you actually make me laugh... Such a puny mind, and unaware of thecontradictions in the very creed you profess. That certainty you have of having the truth, while you never question anything...

I really pity you, you know?

  16. I really pity you, you know?

That's ok, I can understand...Jesus foretold the situation of all Believers.

If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. IF you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world. That is why the world htes you. Remember the words I spoke to you: 'No servant is greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey your also. They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the One who sent me. If I had not come and spoken to the, they would not be guilty of sin. Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin. He hates me hates my Father as well. If I had not done among them what no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen these miracles, and yet they have hated both me and my Father. But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: 'They hated me without reason.'

Where did I insult Christianity, Jeremiah?

To insinuate that I am some how "insulting" the name of the Islamists because they are a false and dangerous sect, is beyond and absurdity.

Tell me, Jeremiah: How do you know that the religion of Islam is a false and dangerous sect? Because the Bible said so?

You may not realize this inconvenient truth but here it is: aside for the fact that fundamentalist Islam and fundamentalist Christianity worship a different God, read a different Holy Book, and live on opposite ends of the Earth, both groups are the same kind of power-hungry religious frauds who both use their religions to advance their own radical agenda; if that means slaughtering a few thousand people in the name of God, then so be it.

You Christian extremist nujobs are one and the same with the Islamic radicals....you're both threatening to destroy each other, and you both claim that God will be on your side.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Jonathan my friend, how far out can you get into space. The difference between these two is this. The God of Christianity is a God of Love and Peace and Gentleness. He said, "By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, by your love for one another."
This is the kind of God I want to serve. A God that truly cares for the lost and undone. For those who are on the pathway to darkness and who have no hope, He has given hope to millions and encouragment and strength for those who put their Faith in Him. He's the Jehovah Jireh, "The God who provides" All other gods are no longer, but will ultimately stand before the God of creation.
As far as killing, murdering, hmmm, my friend you surely misunderstand the writings of the God Jehovah Jireh. The One who is Omnipresent, Omnisence, and who is the God over all, who loves you regardless of what you think or your ideas about Him and those who belong to Him. there's room at the cross for you my friend, I pray that you find that path.

    Anon.

I agree with Jeremiah in his blogs, he's doing a very good job, keep up the good work Jeremiah.
