Lawmakers say they aren’t sure the IRS can handle the increased workload it will have if healthcare reform becomes law.

The IRS would be charged with administering and collecting penalties on taxpayers who do not buy health insurance, but many think the understaffed agency will have big problems meeting that heavy mandate.

Schools agree to end Bible distribution (OneNewsNow.com)

LEBANON, TN - Public school officials in Wilson County, Tennessee, have agreed to stop distributing Bibles to students during the school day on school grounds. The settlement comes after the American Civil Liberties Union threatened to sue the district.

The ACLU said in a news release that a fifth-grade student was taken into the gym with her classmates and that the principal introduced the children to representatives of The Gideons International.

The release says the girl's teacher then called each row of students forward to receive a Bible and told them taking a Bible was not mandatory, but the girl took one because she feared being ostracized.

Entirely unsurprising, considering the nature of the ACLU, which claims to be a bastion for "the liberties of all."

What needed to be explained to the girl, was that she didn't need to feel "left out," but that she needed God's Word when she felt down-and-out, as indeed, there are times when we feel like this. Not only do we need God during the dark and stressful periods of our lives, but we need Him through the good times, as well, as He is the reason for our blessing, while most of our rough periods are a result of our own doing by being persuaded to temptation. When we're not accepted by others, God is always there for us to comfort and protect us in the darkest of times.

What's strange is that this one little girl would be used as justification for the entire school to stop participating in a worthy program for the students.

It is my contention that the girl has never had the opportunity to hear about God's Word until now due to her parents who had their schooling in a college that taught them atheism, and they incorporated this into raising their children. Then the ACLU jumped right on it.

Again, no surprise, the ACLU is an atheist organization, doing what it does best, and that is destroy the freedoms of those of faith, and everything they can to eliminate God from every aspect of our institutions, especially where we need Him the most, in our institutions of education-where the future is made.

Women bear brunt of 'climate change'? (OneNewsNow.com)

A United Nations group that promotes abortion has released some controversial recommendations concerning "global warming."

According to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), birth control and access to family-planning facilities can be a valuable weapon in the fight against supposed "climate change." The UNFPA sites overpopulation as one of the factors in the earth's "capacity to adjust" to climate change.

In an article published on GMANews.tv, a representative from the Philippines notes that climate change could affect women the worst, as women in that country might be driven into the sex trade as climate change reduces income from farming and fishing. The Fund uses this scenario to justify its call for the distribution of birth control and its call to slow population growth.

I found this entirely unsurprising, as the Left's ultimate goal is (not "seems" to be) to murder in the name of greed - Greed - excessive or blameworthy desire for food, money, or possessions. Now this might not be the same greed that you would suspect in the normal fashion as it is explained in the general description of greed. The ultimate force behind the greed that drives the Left-wing liberals, is a desire to simply usurp the authority of our Almighty Creator God. They want to set themselves up in a position to control everything so that it goes according to man's system, to set man up as the ultimate arbiter over life and death through the system of governance at the highest level, our government, and quite frankly, America is in a good position to be taken advantage of by this very dangerous way of thinking, they are vulnerable to be taken over by this communistic set of ideals that are being proposed through the power structure that is being put into place by our very own government. People have been taken advantage of through the socialistic programs that were enacted to supposedly "help" the poor, such as welfare for example, 47% of Americans are currently on some sort of government controlled program, that's nearly half the population, and with the number of jobless claims on a steady incline it appears very likely that that number will only increase as time passes...but for the most part, America isn't fairing too bad as it stands at the present, but it doesn't appear that it will stay that way. Overall, we are a wealthy country...the problem being, that Americans have neglected their true need in believing in, and giving credit to God the supplier of their needs, and I think that it's appropriate, since we have just passed Thanksgiving to key in on that note...what are Americans truly thankful for? As I see it, and I don't if you see it the same as well, but many Americans are only thankful for the accomplishments that they've made by confiding in themselves...so they really aren't thankful. It's this type of danger, this type of complacency that is ruining America, and putting America at a crossroads, and we are at that crossroads now. We have put ourselves in a predicament, and there is only one way out of it. To turn back to God for our blessings, and to turn the thanks to Him. God appreciates us when He sees that we recognize Him as our source of hope, and indeed, He is the only hope that we have.

In the meantime, we must pray that God would change the hearts of our leaders in Washington D.C., in order that they would not be murderous in their thinking!

Fascists Will Attempt to Usurp Parental Rights

A parental-rights advocate is concerned that parental authority could be usurped under Obama's healthcare plan.

Mike Farris with ParentalRights.org is drawing attention to Title IX, Subpart 3, section 440, on page 837 of Obama's healthcare plan (HR 3200). That section deals with the creation of a government bureaucracy that would establish and expand "programs providing voluntary home visitation for families with young children and families expecting children."

Under the provision, the government would instruct parents on age-appropriate child development in "cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor skills." It would also provide parents with "modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices."

In response to this article which relates to the 440 section of Mr. Obama's "health-care" plan. Section 440 reminds me of the way someone else felt about raising children:

"The weak must be chiselled away. I want young men and women who can suffer pain. A young German must be as swift as a greyhound, as tough as leather, and as hard as Krupp's steel." - Adolph Hitler.

That was Adolph Hitler's mission statement with the educational program he had going at the time in Germany, Hitler Jugend - Hitler Youth.

You see, you get someone as a leader like Adolph Hitler when you vote for people whose philosophy is in direct alignment with a mixture of Marxism,Fascism,and Socialism. All three are based upon the premise, "Man has all authority. Man is supreme." Obama holds all three.

The days of American freedom are being rapidly chipped away. How sad that it has come to this.

A principal and an athletic director are facing criminal charges for a lunch-time prayer.

Last year, the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against Pace High School in Santa Rosa County, Florida. The ACLU claimed some teachers and administrators were endorsing religion, but the school chose to give in to the ACLU's demands rather than fight them in court.

According to the settlement, all school employees are banned from engaging in prayer or religious activities before, during, or after school hours. Now two school officials are facing criminal charges for offering meal-time prayers at an appreciation dinner for adults who had helped with a school field house project. Principal Frank Lay and athletic director Robert Freeman are scheduled to go on trial next month on criminal contempt charges. If convicted, both are subject to fines and imprisonment. White House: Conservatives "Manufacuring Anger"...

The head of a conservative group the White House accused of "manufacturing outrage" at healthcare town hall meetings says the charge is a "delusion."

Last week, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs accused the group Conservatives for Patients Rights (CPR) and its leader Rick Scott of "manufacturing anger" at town hall meetings where Democratic lawmakers have been aggressively challenged over their support for a government-run healthcare plan.

"I think what you've seen is they've bragged about manufacturing, to some degree, that anger. I think you've got somebody who's very involved, a leader of that group that's very involved in the status quo. A CEO that used to run a healthcare company that was fined by the federal government $1.7 billion for fraud," Gibbs says. Using The Law To Silence

A pro-life pastor in California is being silenced for his opposition to abortion, and publicly proclaiming his opposition outside of abortion mills. Although the video surveillance camera that was monitoring pastor Hoye's activity proved that he did not break the law, the judge decided in spite of the retrospect truth to charge pastor Hoye.

It is tyrannical and fascist what judges all across our nation are doing, and all just so they can make a buck and continue letting unborn children die at the hands of these cold-blooded abortion doctors.
