Atheists put billboard on Billy Graham Parkway (OneNewsNow.Com)

CHARLOTTE, NC - A statewide coalition of atheists and agnostics has placed billboards in six North Carolina cities, including one along the Billy Graham Parkway in Charlotte.


That sign, according to The Charlotte Observer, pictures an American flag and the words "One Nation Indivisible" -- omitting the words "Under God," which were added to the Pledge of Allegiance in 1954.

Of course, if a Christian group were to erect a cross beside one of the billboards, the atheists would demand that it be removed.

I don't know about you, but I thank God for our country and the godly, Christian men and women who founded it. Man had, and has no say in the founding of our nation. It was entirely a process directed by God Himself.

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

And that meant that our Founding Fathers who created the document were a God-fearing people, and that the people must likewise be God-fearing people to keep voting God-fearing people into office.

So, I'm not about to change to suit the wishes of unbelievers to try and force me to think otherwise. They are more than welcome to change their way of thinking, and it would better for them if they did change to the Truth.

Update On Pepsico Boycott Progress

Some good news...

It's been quite some time since we'd written on this, and with this new entry, it seems the work is paying off...

Pepsico has been contacted by a Traditional family values organization, and may be considering discontinuing their support of the homosexual agenda. This is largely due to the efforts of A.F.A's (American Family Association's) Boycotting of Pepsico earlier in the year, in January. This story from OneNewsNow.

Update: In addition, Pepsico's address is provided in the link if you should wish to voice your opposition to their support of the homosexual agenda by writing to them.

Continue to voice your opinions, and make it known that we are still One Nation Under God and were founded solely by a Christian people, and our Constitution is a Christian document, which the liberal homosexual activists want to destroy.

We are living in perilous times, folks, and if we want to preserve our lives, fortunes, and sacred honor handed to us by our Forefathers to defend, then we must do just that and make our voices heard.

It may seem of little or no consequence to a person on an individual basis whether we speak out or not, but that is our duty as followers of Jesus Christ who issued the Great Commission for us to go into the whole world and make His ways known.

Recently, Pepsico has expressed their support of the homosexual agenda publicly with an "in your face" approach, by running ads in the magazine called Out, a periodical that is filled with nude and semi-nude photographs of men in suggestive positions.

Some statistical background on Pepsi.Co reveals that:

1. Pepsi.Co is a member of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. (Ford, McDonald's and Wal-Mart withdrew from the NGLCC when asked to do so. Pepsi.Co refused.)

2. Pepsi.Co requires its members to attend diversity training classes promoting the acceptance of homosexuality.

3. Pepsi.Co financially supports "gay pride parades" in cities across America.

4. Pepsi.Co gave a total of $1,000,000 to the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG). HRC gave hundreds of thousands of dollars in an effort to legalize homosexual marriage in California.

5. Pepsi.Co uses its TV commercials to promote the homosexual lifestyle.

This is an affront to make accepted a lifestyle that has been condemned from the beginning of time, and only serves to further degrade, and disemboweling the only institution by which our society is able to stand and be strong, the institution which God firmly ordained in the beginning, and only acceptable to Him - marriage between one man and one woman.

Please contact Pepsi.Co and tell them to stay neutral and remain silent on issues pertaining to our sacred institution of marriage.

Liberal Idiocy

If you think Liberals "aren't" idiots, then you may want to check again - A recent signature decision by Colorado governor Bill Ritter is a good example - Mr. Ritter signed into law bill that will allow men to enter womens' restrooms, bringing with it a host of problems...for one, this will make way for sexual predators and those living in the perversion known as homosexuality to force their sick lifestyles on those of us who disdain their depraved worldview.

This, coming almost at the same time as California's Supreme Court decision to permit homosexual marriage unions and the polygamy decision by a Judge in Texas.

As those of you who read my forums frequently, you are aware that I've been touching upon this sort of thing for a while now, about how Liberals and our Liberal Supreme Court system are destroying America, by disregarding the Constitution and ignoring the Will of The People

If you are a concerned citizen, then you need to take a stand, and now!

Liberals will continue to force their evil ideologies upon you, and rob you of your freedom to worship God, if you choose to remain silent!

Time is hanging in the balance, folks, the time to take action is Now!

Alternative or No Alternative?

It's probably safe to say by now that most Americans are feeling the brunt of the fuel price increases, and are wondering...When, will it end? Many households have far distances to travel to get to their work places, and thus, extra fuel is required, and therefore, demand is on the high side, while supply is plentiful.

So, when will prices go down, so people can go back to work? Well, personally, I can't answer that question, but I can give what I think would be some worthy advice.

We'll start out with a question...Do we necessarily have to buy fuel from other countries? And the answer to that is...No, Absolutely not! There are vast mines of oil within our sight that we could begin to exploit and wean ourselves from foreign energy sources.
You know, it's pretty simple when we think about the ramifications of extending our energy needs so as to become energy independent, in a number of ways - Through the advance of technology we can use the resources that God has placed us with to become more easily accessible and cost-worthy too - such as? Such as Windmills, Nuclear energy, and coal-fired power plants through clean coal technology.

Easier said than done though, right? Well, yeah, but just think about how much easier it would make going to the store and getting groceries, going on vacations, going to work, etc, etc? From a whopping Four to five $s to paying a Buck Twenty-five a gallon gas would be a big sigh of relief, huh? You bet it would!

For now though, all we can do is dream of better days.

More questions - Is foreign oil dependence our only problem? It is part, but not all.

Let us now strike at the roots of the problem of energy dependence. One would think that our government could do something worth-while to help in our current crisis, seeing that they control what goes on. Ah! Therein lies the problem...when you enter politics, you just ask for trouble. We get a lot of promises rather than action, and more so from Democratic administrations than Republican. So why do they give promises and no actions? A few things - ignorance, fear, and…they are in search of something that will put them in the lime light. Mostly for fear and ignorance though. So does that make them to blame? No, I'm afraid not, if you want somebody to blame, look not further than to people like Al Gore, he's someone who we call a "Green Activist/Environmentalist." More appropriately labeled...a Scaremonger.

What are they afraid of? Well, we can't operate windmills in California because they are killing "tens of thousands" of Eagles, Hawks and Owls.

What? Good grief, I thought Hawks had really good eye-sight, spot a mouse underneath high grass a mile away. You mean to tell me they are crashing into these huge wind-mills? Gimme a break!

What else are they afraid of? Uh O! The earth is going to heat up and melt the North and South Poles, and sea levels will rise and drowned us all. WHOA! Sounds pretty major, eh? Sounds like a pretty major false scare-tactic to me.

When we mention Nuclear energy as an alternative, what do we hear? It goes something like this ... "Caution. Do not enter. This is a Radio-active waste area." And the claim is that those sites are uninhabitable for "millennia" That is non-sense, the key, is at what rate particles radiating from radioactive material strike the body. In low rates, they are virtually harmless. How do we know? Well, in winter, people experience what is know as cabin fever, in which time it is very cold and there is very little to no exposure to the sun. This radiation in the form of light energy, that we get from the Sun creates a reaction in the body that releases endorphines in the brain, and therefore, inducing us to happiness, and more energy to do things that we like to do--it releases a substance called "serotonin", I'm not sure about the name of it, but I think that's it. When this radiation decreases, then this body chemical/hormone begins to decrease, and we start to feel sluggish again.

As far as the amount of pollution output - Let's compare a thousand-megawatt coal-fired power plant with a nuclear plant of the same capacity:

Coal - Carbon dioxide: 7 million tons (Carbon Dioxide is the natural gas that plants breathe in, and in exchange, gives us oxygen - It is most commonly known as greenhouse gas).

Nuclear - Carbon dioxide: None

Coal - Sulfur Dioxide: 12,000 tons.

Nuclear - Sulfur Dioxide: None.

Coal - Nitrogen Oxide: 20,000 tons.

Nuclear - Nitrogen Oxide: None.

Coal - Solid Waste: 750,000 tons.

Nuclear - Solid Waste: None.

Which is cleaner? I'll let you decide...

As I said in an earlier paragraph, we can talk all we want, but until we stand up to the Green Activists and Environmentalists’. Nothing will ever get accomplished listening to their scaremongering as it never has until we stand and say, 'No more foreign oil, we're going to use what God has given us to use here, in America.' Unless we do this, America will continue to suffer at the hands of rich Arabian oil profiteers.

The alternative resources are there, all you have to do is put your mind to do something about it, and it'll happen.

Defining Article III section I

Powers of the Supreme Court

Article III section I - and what it says -

"The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their Services and Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office."

The Supreme Court's purpose -

In my own words...(opinion)

To oversee cases that may or may not come into conflict with the Constitution; and to uphold the Constitution to the fullest extent of the powers delegated to them. Not breeching the trust of the will of the People of the States.

Has the Supreme Court acted in defiance of the Constitution? Yes.

...And this list doesn't even begin to scratch the surface, much less touch the cases that the Court's have forsaken the Constitution and literally forced their "standards of morality" on the American people as a whole.

What do we call this form of government? None other than...Tyranny!!!

The Amrican system of Law has essentially, went from God-Fearing & embracing to hating God, Christianity.

Evidently, something has went tragically wrong...

It seems as if people have lost their will...to defend...their will....Or, maybe the people of society at large are "comfortable" with the Supreme Court making their decisions for them? ... Maybe the people are like the Supreme Court and don't care about the Constitution and its Founding intent? Maybe they want to invent "new" standards of morality, and thus, permit the Supreme Court to legislate immorality without any consent, or thought, or care as to the outcome?

There remains much to be answered in that respect, for sure.

There is one thing we can be absolutely sure of though, and that is, those who stand for all that is right and moral in America, have allowed the Supreme Court to get away with their destructive legislation, and we are paying the price as we speak...and will pay the price for generations to come, by sitting by, and watching as America goes down the gutter, as the State of California has already.

So, what do we say then? "I don't care what happens to America, just so long as I have my monthly pay check on time?"

Or ... Say...

'NO! This is not a "Judgeocracy" We want America back!!! We're not going to allow no stinkin' Judges to force their depraved views on America any longer!!! We want America back!!!'

Interpreting The Fourteenth Amendment

In the wake of yesterday's California Supreme Court decision to defy the good will of the people of California and permit same-sex marriage, I thought it would be an appropriate time to take a look at the implications of just such a decision and how the Court is flawed in their decision.

Just about every single instance in which same-sex marriage is brought up the Courts seem to always trot out the Fourteenth amendment as "justification" for same-sex marriage.

What the Fourteenth amendment says...

Amendment XIV Section 1: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or inforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immuniities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Take note of that last part there..."nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within it jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Now, how do we interpret such as Clause? Well, Life, Liberty and property are all our basic rights as are stated within the confines of the Declaration of Independence as they are our God-given rights, and something that must be remembered when we say God-given - We are responsible, and held accountable to God for our rights...not to the government or any earthly individual. This is what the Fourteenth amendment says in relation to when the Framers and Ratifiers of the Constitution created it, and what they intended for it to mean. Thus, no one can deny us those rights that Almighty God is the sole Provider thereof.

Ok, onward we shall go...There are many laws, but, what, in general terms does law actually mean?

Law \'lo\n 1 a: a rule of conduct or action laid down and enforced by the supreme governing authority (as the legislature) of a community or established by custom b: the whole collection of such rules by enforcing rules c: the control brought about by enforcing rules 2 : a or principles stating something that laways works in the same way under the same conditions 4 cap : the first part of the Jewish scriptures - compare HAGIOGRAPHA, PROPHETS 5 : trial in a court to determine what is just and right according to the laws 6 : the department of knowledge that deals with laws and their interpretation and application 7a : the profession of a lawyer b : lawyers as a group.

Definitions #s 1&5 are what I want to capitalize on, both of significant importance to the subject at hand. Before I begin, it's critical to remember here, that, when we speak of law in the above stated terms...these are all definitions created by, and stated under man's conditions.

As was stated in definition #5 - law is determined by what is 'just' and 'right' or 'good' and 'bad' behavior and actions, and thus, in most instances, the laws are created (in most cases) to fit and protect what is good, likewise, resisting what is bad or evil, and ruling that conduct of persons within any said jurisdiction should do the very best they can to conform to what said law states, or suffer the consequences of disobeying said law.

So, where does yesterday's California Supreme Court decision stand in the face of 'Right' and 'Wrong'? The Supreme Court of California acted in false pretension to what the will of the people of California's intentions were. The people of California never intended for same-sex unions to be permissible under the law of California...the same as the majority of the American people don't want same-sex unions in this country. Why? Because homosexuality is 'wrong' and it goes against the Law of the Land, which is bound by and rest upon the Will of, and Law of Almighty God.

In the crux of it ... the Supreme Court Justices of California were never given any authority what-so-ever to enact, or put into effect such a law to allow same-sex unions, they just flat out made it up, and as some well know, the Founders never intended for the intent of the Constituion which they; themselves had framed and ratified under the auspice and authority of Almighty God and the good will of the people of the United States to be changed to support the disemmination of evil througout our God-given, God-blessed land and country, America!

The Fourteenth amendment gives no allusion to the allowance, nor "protection" of same-sex marriage, None!

Texas Judge Prohibits School From Allowing Students To Vote On Prayer

AUSTIN, Texas -
A federal judge has prohibited the Round Rock school district from allowing students to vote on whether to have prayers at graduation.


Just as they done Chief Justice of Alabama Roy Moore for displaying the Ten Commandments in a Court house, and in a Kentucky school in 2006 forbidding prayer at a graduation ceremony. There's a list of accounts too numerous for this page. However, let's take a look at the cause for these terrible decisions at their roots...

Much of these instances were instigated when
this woman - Madeline Murray O'Hair took her case before the U.S. Supreme Court in the Murray vs. Curlett case June 16, 1963 - to ban prayer from public schools. The ACLU has carried on her disgraceful legacy of the destruction of our public institutions. A tremendous disgrace she wrought on American soil. She later founded the
organization of American Atheists.


However, blessing came from her destruction, and her son, William J. Murray later became a born-again Christian, and founded the evangelistic association Religious Freedom Coalition, based in Washington, D.C. A remarkable turn-around from his former state as an Atheist. He is now set free from his desperation, and has peace through our Creator.

Sadly, his mother hated him after he converted his life to Jesus Christ in a statement saying - "I repudiate him entirely and completely for now and all times" and added "One could call this a postnatal abortion on the part of a mother, I guess." Although he seen the err of her ways...

"My mother was an evil person... Not for removing prayer from America's schools... No, she was just evil. She stole huge amounts of money. She misused the trust of people. She cheated children out of their parents' inheritance. She cheated on her taxes and even stole from her own organizations. She once printed up phony stock certificates on her own printing press to try to take over another atheist publishing company."

No doubt she was, because she had no control over her conscience ... Satan had control of her thoughts and actions.

To this day, we Christians have had to endure the same persecution that Madeline Murray O'Hair forced on the American people through her exploitation of the Supreme Court, and her activism of hate.

Make no mistake, anyone who uses these tactics will never gain anything good from them. Our Nation is at the crossroads, and as it grows in number, each passing day is another day that professing Christians could be out there doing what they can to restore freedom and honor to our public school systems.

Please do what you can to help fight this battle for the freedom of prayer in our schools ... but most of all, do it for the Lord - And I promise you, it won't return void!
